Vintage Alarm Clocks

Source: Library of Congress, “….Miss Ella Nachman with a normal-sized alarm clock in her hand, peeping through the ‘handle’ of the world’s largest alarm clock…with a gong two feet in diameter which can be heard for several blocks. This clock is guaranteed to wake up a whole sleepy village. The novelty was brought to this country by Mr. Peter Korn.” Photo c. 1925-1930.
