Betty Boop at your service outside the Rootin Tootin hot dog stand actually quite a sizable restaurant in Stroudsburg, one of the larger cities in eastern Pennsylvanias Pocono Mountain region. Betty Boop was originally an animated cartoon character who first appeared in 1930. Her saucy image soon spread to advertising uses.
